Norwegian Sanbakkels Recipe1 ea Egg 1 c Sugar 1 c Butter 1/2 c Almonds; ground 2 1/2 c Flour Beat butter, add sugar, butter, almonds and mix well. Add flour. Mix thoroughly and press in sanbakkel tins or roll very thin, cut with cookie cutter. Bake in oven 10 to 15 minutes. Note: No temperature given. Assume a 375 F. oven.
