Cranberry Fool Recipe16 oz Can of jellied cranberry sau 1 T Grated orange peel 1 t Almond extract 1 c Heavy gream, whipped -OR- 1 x 8 ounces cool whip Mix together the first three ingredients with a wisk or fork. Add whipped cream or cool whip. Fill parfait or dessert dishes. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and orange slice. May also be used at room temperature as a fruit dip.
